Delaware Federation of Garden Clubs invites garden club members from Delaware, Maryland, National Capital Area, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania to come together in Delaware to Plant, Protect, Create, Learn and Network through programs and activities at the 2020 CAR-SGC Conference.
Come early, stay late! Spend a few days before or after the Conference visiting Delaware's beautiful ocean beaches, shopping tax-free for holiday gifts at the Tanger Outlets near Lewes and Rehoboth, visiting the new Delaware Botanic Gardens at Pepper Creek in Southern Delaware or Winterthur in Northern Delaware. You might even want to climb on board historical planes during "Open Cockpit Day" on Saturday, October 17, at the Air Mobility Command Museum that is located at nearby Dover Air Force Base.

Your Conference Committee has reserved a block of fifty rooms at Dover Downs for 2020 CAR-SGC Conference attendees at the rate of $129 per night (single or double), $159 (triple) or $189 (quad) plus a $10 resort fee and 8% state tax. Parking is FREE and Valet Service is available. Total for a single/double room is expected to be under $150, including tax, resort fee, and parking. (Not available though online reservations.)

Conference Registration for Garden Club members will begin on May 1, 2020. You won't want to miss any of the programs or activities that are scheduled, including the NGC Standard Flower Show -- not to mention the opportunity to meet many other people who share your interests.
The tentative Conference Schedule will be posted on or about April 1. The final Schedule will be published on or about September 1)
