Gardening is Murder

A horticultural talk unlike any you’ve ever heard.

Why is internet gardening information so awful? Why can’t you do just one thing in the garden? Why should you never compute the value of your gardening labor? Why do we have garden benches that we never use? These questions keep Neal awake at night. He’s the spouse of an accomplished gardener and has lots of time to observe gardeners and their foibles. Gardening Is Murder will make you laugh – and think.

High Tide in Dorchester

This award winning documentary that focuses on the impact of global warming on this community.  With seemingly endless tidal marshes in Maryland’s Dorchester County (location of the Hyatt Regency), the Bay Journal’s documentary tells of the fast-approaching future in which this landscape could be entirely underwater. Dorchester residents, pubic officials, a cemetery manager, and scientists are dealing with the aftermath of rising seas on a landscape that is changing right before their eyes.
