IMPORTANT NOTICES:

• Registration is closed for the GLASS BLOWING activity before the
  conference begins

• Registration is closed for the AWAKEN THE SPIRITS activity before
  the conference begins

• A second session for the LEAF MANIPULATION Program has been added
   

OPTION 1: REGISTER ONLINE    

 

• To register online, click on REGISTER ONLINE NOW and
  complete the 3-page form.

• Registration is closed for the GLASS BLOWING and AWAKEN THE SPIRITS.  An additional session for LEAF MANIPULATION has been opened for registration.

• Make a copy of the completed registration form for your records

• Save the completed online form to your computer for your records and email a copy of the saved form as an attachment
  to bcdeerpath8@gmail.com

• To pay online, click on the PAYPAL button on registration form and pay by credit or
  debit card (this is the "official" paypal button authorized for CAR-SGC as a tax exempt organization) OR

• If you prefer to pay by check, attach your check for payment to a copy of the completed 3-page form and mail them to Barbara Campbell, Registrar, 14 Deerpath Drive, New Paltz, New York 12561-2811

• NOTE: Completing the form online may not be possible on some mobile devices/tablets. If that occurs, it is recommended that you use a laptop or desktop computer to register online or use OPTION 2, below

OPTION 2: ​REGISTER BY MAIL

• To register by mail, click on REGISTER NOW  to download and complete your registration form

• Registration is closed for the GLASS BLOWING and AWAKEN THE SPIRITS.  An additional session for LEAF MANIPULATION has been opened for registration.

• Make a copy of the completed registration form for your records

• To pay by check, attach your check for payment to the completed 3-page form and mail them to Barbara Campbell, Registrar, 14 Deerpath Drive, New Paltz, New York 12561-2811

• The LEAF MANIPULATION Program is filled.

• The GLASS BLOWING Program on Tuesday, October 24, is filled. Openings are still available on Monday, October 23.

 

If your guest or spouse will be participating in any aspect of this conference, a separate registration form and payment must be submitted
